1. Who we are

honest.aero is operated by Airplane Parts Direct LLC (“honest.aero,” “we,” “us”). This policy explains what we collect through honest.aero and what we do with it.

2. What we collect

• Information you give us — email address, and optionally name, company, phone number, and country of end use, when you request a quote or send us a message.
• Quote details — part number, quantity, acceptable conditions, and country of end use, when you submit an RFQ.
• Part numbers you look up or submit — stored as market-demand records so we know which parts buyers are asking about. These records hold the part number, how many you asked for, the condition and whether it was AOG. They do not hold your name, email, phone number or IP address: who asked is kept separately, in the system we use to reply to you.

We do not require an account, and we do not collect payment information on this site.

3. How we use it

• To respond to quote requests and source the parts you ask about.
• To send market report issues you’ve asked for.
• To screen quote requests against export-control requirements before quoting.
• To understand which pages and searches are useful, so we can improve them.
• To detect and prevent spam and abuse of our forms.

4. Who we share it with

We use GoHighLevel as our customer communication platform to send quote confirmations and report issues — your contact information is stored there for that purpose. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with data brokers or advertisers.

5. Cookies and analytics

honest.aero runs no analytics today. No analytics or advertising script loads on this site, and no cookie is set for them. If that changes, we will ask for your consent before loading anything that uses cookies, declining will be as easy as accepting, and we will name the provider here first.

To stop abuse of our forms we count recent submissions against a one-way hash of your IP address and browser, re-salted daily. The hash cannot be reversed to an IP address, and we do not store the address itself.

6. Your choices

Every commercial email we send includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing from the market report won’t affect transactional messages about a quote you’ve requested. To access, correct, or delete your information, email us at the address below.

7. Children

honest.aero is a business-to-business service and is not directed at children.

8. Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information in a meaningful way, we’ll update this page and the date above.
